some keyboard keys are not working or show differen character
the "-" key shows a "p" character
arrows key not working
Scroll up\down, end and ins are not working
it's a hardware or software issue? how can I fix it?
I changed keyboard language and upgrade BIOS and Drivers and still does not work

- May I know from when are you facing this issue?
- Did you make any hardware or software-related changes to it?
- Have you tried to use an external keyboard and check if the issue persists?
- Did you try to run a test on the keyboard from F2?

Could you please boot your system in safe mode and check its functionality of it in safe mode? Let me know the outcome of it.
