Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hello, I have a hp laptop and suddenly last night some of the keyboard keys became bound to one another, 'e' - 'er', 'c-cv', 'd-df' etc with most of the keys. I've seen other posts with the exact problem where they uninstall the keyboard driver and it works again. However I've tried that multiple times, I've tried taking the battery out and holding the power button down fifteen seconds, I've also tried using the component test but nothing is working. Any help would be greatly appreciated

A warm welcome to HP Community!

Currently which keyboard driver is installed on your computer. Is it the HID compliant keyboard driver?

Were you able to run a component test on Keyboard? If so, what was the result of the test?

What's the PC model?

Let me know!
