Product: HP ENVY x360 Convertible Laptop PC 15t-ed100 CTO
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Tried virtual assistant and not helping correct problem. Keyboard will not allow me to type.  Laptop under factory warranty.  Need to send to HP technical support to work on.

where do I send my Envy 360 Convertible Laptop

Have you tried the HP PC Hardware Diagnostic that is available by powering on the notebook and then tapping the F2 key?

 

Do that and go to component tests  -->Keyboard. 

 

Tesst the keyboard and post your result  here in your thread with an error code if one exists. 

 

You can temporarily plug a usb keyboard into an available USB port as a temporary workaround.
