Failure code : PGAFL3-8QQA8K-GXGGRG-G06803.
After replacing screen and put keyboard back I am unable to use it. I cannot type password no response from it.

That error code only tells us what you already suspect -- a hardware failure with the keyboard or its connections.
This is why we discourage folks working on the internals of their own laptops -- unless they are highly experienced with doing this kind of work.
To have it checked out, you would need to contact an HP Repair or Service Center.
