Firstly hp care packe is **bleep** they don't even care for you guyss I've been over them for my keypad and touchpad failure and I've told them it works fine in uefi window not when i start my pc ...i was told resetting my pc would be last step somehow i arrnaged hard drive and backed up my pc and reset it and now it isn't working again also virtual agent again asked me to do some steps i was fine but then again he asked me to check in uefi window and it was working fine there , now he's suggesting me to do cloud recovery where the hell should i get a 32 gb pendrive and external unit , I'm a student i didn't bought this pc for this much headache and care pack is of no usee my warranty is left and I'm being treated like a regular customer... I'm tired of HP won't even buy from these guy's again never ever

I understand that keyboard and mouse are not working, I am glad to assist you.

This seems to be a hardware issue, this might require one on one interaction to fix the issue,
