Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Many users have had problems with the B, N, and 7 keys not working on their laptops. Mine has never been dropped, never been exposed to water, high heat, or cold, and is regularly run in a desktop setting with a cooling fan underneath. The few times that I have had to move it, I have done so in a more-than-adequately-padded laptop case, and exercised all necessary precautions. Still, each time, I find that I have trouble with these 3 keys for about a week afterward.

This seems to be a manufacturing defect in the system. It stinks that HP isn't acknowledging it and coming up with a solution, but unfortunately, that seems to be the case. My computer is a year and a half old, so I doubt it's under any kind of warranty. Regardless, it doesn't appear that there is an actual fix for this problem. Even replacing the keyboard doesn't seem to fix the problem. Have any of you having this problem ever found an actual solution that works? I'm thinking my only option is to use a secondary keyboard, which is a bit of a pain with a small desk area.
