OK - I checked -- this accessory is (at this writing) available at the HP Store in the USA and perhaps in your region, too.

HP 350 Compact Multi-Device Bluetooth Keyboard
Aside from the need for a stable Bluetooth connection, there do not seem to be any drivers or other setup requirements.
You could try changing out the little batteries -- 2 x AAA -- even new batteries that perhaps sit in a box on a shelf for a long time might not be in the best condition for use.
