Keys 8,i,k and , are not working on keyboard On my keyboard from HP Elitebook 840 G8 model with Microsoft version 11 the keys 8,i,k and comma stop working after unplugging usb-c monitor from usb-c port. Also I have a G7 and usb-c tends not to cause this problem neither flashing image on HP monitor connected to PC via HP dock.  How to solve the problem? It seems it could be a physical issue (HW), it is not because of changing the keyboards to a different language. Sometimes if I press hard the keys work back again. Razr keyboard connected via Bluetooth most of the time. At the office, it is usual that many workers complain about elitebook keys falling off or getting loose from PC, but usually it's always keys on the other side of the keyboard, mostly letters "e", "s", "d", "f".

Hopefully you could help us sort this out asap, since last time this question was posted, no one ever replied.
Thanks in advance.
