A local tech replaced my keyboard after some keys started becoming non-responsive. Now, a little over 3 months later some of the key are popping off the keyboard and I cannot snap them back on. The tech is not available now as he has Covid. Any suggestions about getting this fixed?

Thank you, but the problem seems to be resolved. I took my HP Spectre x360 to a local computer guy since some of my keys would not register when pressed. First he found my battery was swollen to where it would hardly fit in the case and he cautioned me that I might explode and I required a new battery and he also ordered and installed a new keyboard. I noticed some unusual keytop designations suggesting the keyboard was an international version and not a US version, so I returned it to him. I think he took off the keytops on the new keyboard and installed the keytops from my old keyboard. It worked fine for a while then they started to come loose and fall off. In a matter of a few days three (3) keytops came off and I could not re-install them. Returning the laptop to him again he said he "fixed it", which I think he knew how to install the new keytops and I did not.
I don't like it, but he installed an aftermarket batter which during boot my laptop recognizes that the batter is not an HP part. I can "enter key" it through that minor pause or wait about 10 seconds and the boot resumes.
