I cloned my hdd to a nvme m.2 ssd  and booted so it was 2 os showing and I followed ths ssd it worked fine for hour so i erased the Hdd entirely ,but suddenly my ssd ran in to a failure and asked me to reinstall the windows but from that very moment till now My ssd has not recogonized by my system in bios or Disk management

 

 

pls help me on this

Then I suggest its an issue with the SSD. Not impossible for it to die early in usage.

Remove the hard drive and try again.
