Its specs
https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c05581410
- A1: It has Intel® Core™ i3-6006U (2 GHz, 3 MB cache, 2 cores) processor, you should be able to add M.2 SATA SSD to your machine
- A2: It has single antenna, you should be able to use Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 3168 802.11 ac 1x1 WiFi + BT 4.2 Combo Adapter part # 863934-855 or Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 9461 802.11 AC 1x1 WiFi + BT5 Combo Adapter (non-vPro) (MU-MIMO supported) part # L25889-005
- A3: No, ou hace to replace the whole system board (if available)
- A4: You can install faster compatible RAM but machine will at 2133Mhz

Thank you so much Mr. Banhien for answering my query so fast. I have some more doubts regarding upgradability of my HP laptop. Since this will be 1st time opening my laptop after 5 years of purchasing, hence I am nervous.
- A1 : Regarding M.2 SATA SSD, there is a WD Blue SSD and WD Green SSD. Blue one is expected to last longer but is expensive. I only run YouTube in my laptop and watch movies; rarely play any games or operate MS Office. How many years of WD Green SSD operational life can I expect?? Or should I get HP original SSD? My data is very important to me and I don't want to loose it.
- A2 : Regarding Wi-Fi card, I decided to go with Intel AC 9461 since it has Bluetooth 5. Can you suggest any more dual band WLAN cards for my laptop which can provide higher data speed and/or higher Bluetooth version like 5.2?
- A3 : Regarding CPU, is the i3-6006u on my laptop soldered and is non-replaceable? (P.S. I have not opened to see that)
- A4: Regarding RAM upgradability, my laptop's one RAM slot is pre-occupied with 8GB RAM, I don't know about the manufacturer or the rank of the RAM (x8 or x16), if I add one more RAM stick of 8GB, should the new RAM stick be of the same manufacturer and the same rank?
I am from India, so please also tell if you know of any website which can ship components here to my country?
Thanks again!
