@ADARSH61, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding Laptop with No Power!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
It appears that your HP laptop might be experiencing severe hardware issues due to the liquid spill. Here's a step-by-step guide to assist you in troubleshooting the "no power" issue:
Perform a Hard Reset
A hard reset erases all information in the computer's memory and can help in reestablishing the connections between the BIOS and hardware.
- Turn off the computer using the power button.
- Remove the computer from any port replicator or docking station.
- Disconnect all external devices, such as USB storage devices, external displays, and printers.
- Unplug the AC adapter from the computer.
- Disconnect the battery (if removable).
- Press and hold the power button for at least 15 seconds to drain residual power.
- Reconnect the battery and plug the AC adapter back into the computer, but do not connect any of the peripheral devices.
- Press the power button to turn on the computer.
- If a startup menu appears, use the arrow keys to select Start Windows Normally, and then press the Enter key.
- After reconnecting each of the peripheral devices, run Windows Update and HP Support Assistant to update all device drivers.
Verify AC Adapter
- Inspect the AC adapter and power cord for physical damage.
- Check the power light on the computer side for any damage, dust, or debris.
- Verify the battery condition using HP PC Hardware Diagnostics (UEFI) if the laptop starts operating.
- Measure DC voltage output, which should be approximately 19.5 V dc (use a digital voltmeter).
Examine the Environment
Ensure that there are no loose connections, incompatible hardware, or sources of electromagnetic interference (EMI) nearby which could affect the boot-up.
Hope this helps!
Take care, and have an amazing day!
