Hello Akshay0816,

Thank you for posting your concern,

I’m sorry to hear that you’re having issues with your laptop. The time it takes for HP to send a technician can vary based on your location, the nature of the problem, and the support options you have.

  1. Warranty and Support Plan: Check if your laptop is under warranty or if you have purchased additional support plans like HP Care Pack, as these can affect the service response times.

  2. Service Type: Standard warranty repairs might take longer compared to premium services offered under specific Care Pack plans.

  3. Local Service Center: If there is a local HP service center, response times might be faster.

  4. Current Job Load: Technicians' availability can fluctuate based on demand and the current number of service requests.

To get precise information for your situation, I recommend visiting the HP Support website and contacting customer support. They can provide details based on your specific service plan and location.

I am an HP Employee. Although I am speaking for myself and not for HP.
