Thank you for posting your query.
I understand how frustrating this must be, especially since you have already replaced the battery and recalibrated it, but the problem persists.
Since your HP Spectre x360 15T-df100 consistently shuts down at around 25% battery and will not start again until you connect the charger, I recommend performing the following checks before attempting any repairs.
Run HP UEFI hardware diagnostics
- Connect the charger and turn on the laptop.
- Immediately press the Esc key repeatedly.
- Press F2 to open HP PC Hardware Diagnostics.
- Select Component Tests > Power > Battery and run the test.
- If available, also run the AC Adapter test.
- Record the results and any Failure ID displayed and share
You can refer to HP's official guide: HP Notebook PCs – Testing and calibrating the battery.
HP PCs - Testing for hardware failures
Check the battery identification and condition
- If the replacement battery is not a genuine HP battery or is not the exact compatible part for your laptop, its reported charge level or performance may be unreliable. Verify the battery part number and compatibility with your full product number. Could you also confirm if the battery was replaced at the HP Authorized service center?
Take care and have an amazing day!
