hp notebook 15ay-511tx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

hi, I have a HP notebook ( 15ay-511tx) and it is showing weird technical issues i.e.,

1. it turns off on its own earlier @ 20% then @ 30% and today @ 40% battery level.

2. it doesn't show low battery warning even after I default reset respective settings.

3. the adapter gets disconnected and then connected on its own.

around 1 month ago it got discharged by my mistake thrice in three days in a row.

 i have battery test report.

if you can advise me in this regard.

thanks,

Hello, in your report it is written your battery is design with 2850 mAh capacity, and have actually only 1727 mAh capacity in full charge, so your battery is very used (39% used).

So you need to replace your battery. You can verify with remove your battery (you have a sticker HP Replace or HP Spare with the reference on it) but it is appears to be 807957-001 same it:
