Hi,
I need to replace my lcd flat cable, I used HP PartSurfer to identify the cable and the part number it gives me is 493474-001 but it looks different from my cable ( I watched pictures over internet). As you can see in the pic below, my cable (on the right) have a different order of pins so, is connector on the left (493474-001) compatible with my laptop (DV5 1070EL) ?

Actually they do "spare" a display cable in fact two different ones:
Display Cable Kits (include display panel cable, not illustrated, and microphone receiver and cable) For use only with computer models equipped with WSXGA+ display panels 486536-001 For use only with computer models equipped with WXGA display panels 493020-001
See p. 28 of the Service Manual here:
Your laptop is very old but from the specs I found you need the WXGA (1280 x 800) type 493020-001
That one looks more like yours.

HP does not supply cable only. The whole display assembly consists of a webcam, 2 microphones, and 2 wireless antenna transceivers and cables.
You can use 1 of the following Display assemblies
15.4-inch WSXGA+ AntiGlare display assembly part # 484372-001
15.4-inch WSXGA+ BrightView display assembly part # 484368-001
15.4-inch WXGA AntiGlare display assembly part # 484371-001
15.4-inch WXGA Brightview display assembly part # 484367-001
