LED Mute Button stays orange after update

Hello! 2 months ago, I had corruption problems with my EliteBook but I fixed them by doing a repair install to the October Update. The problems were fixed, however, my mute button is always orange, unlike before where it would turn white when unmuted and orange when muted. I know it is a minor problem, but it there is a fix, I might as well do it. Is there any way I can fix it? Thank you!

Installing HP Hotkey Support may work:

You can also try using Device Manager. You can attempt to update, rollback, or uninstall the current audio drivers listed under Sound, game and video controllers.

I tried reinstalling my High Definition Audio Device multiple times to nothing working. I then tried the Hotkey Support, which installed, but did not fix the LED unfortunately.
