Hello,
i have a laptop omen 15, model is 15-ek0004nf and i've hard time with the keyboard.
x & r keys are not working anymore.
Searching on the net, i found that it's and comon material default that can be solve by contacting the support and send them the laptop for a replacement, but my laptop waranty is over.
So i'm looking for the reference of the keyboard, or reference of an equivalent one that could be use to replace the broken one.
i can't find it anywhere.
i tried to contact the local computer repare shop, but they don't find the reference too.
Do you have an idea ?
thanks a lot for your help.
Have a good Day

I appreciate your efforts to try and resolve the issue, and in order to fix this issue, your computer needs to be serviced. As we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now,
As this is a hardware issue, I'd suggest youContact HPin your region regarding the service options for your computer.

Have a great day!

Hi @Julou
Welcome to the HP Support Community forum!
Is it a Dragon red or Legend white keyboard?
Is this it?
is that the keyboard yours has?
The notebook's manual shows the keyboard replacement part number, but getting the correct item depends on an accurate description. replace the -001 with -051 for France country code in the part number.
The notebook's manual (see page 62-63)

Hello,
Thanks a lot for your answers.
Unfortunatly i'm not in France anymore, i moved to New Caledonia.
i can't find local hp support here, maybe i should try the nearest ? New Zealand ?
Yes it is exactly this one, except rgb are only red.
So i assume the good one is Dragon red with thunderbolt connection : M00838-051
I'll try to ask the local repare shop if they can have this part, unless @praveenbv has a solution to get me in touch with a local hp support.
Just to be sure here are some pictures of the PC :
Thanks both for your help.
Have a good day

By air and sea, Australia's central east coast cities appear closer to New Caledonia than New Zealand. Perhaps take a look at the Brisbane area.
I was on your island for about four days while on a deployment back in 1996. What a beautiful place! I had a mountain bike with me.
