Product: g4 Dock
Operating System: macOS 10.14 Mojave
I have a LG 27MN60T monitor connected via HDMI to my g4 dock which is connected to my macbook pro via usb c. The dock does not recognize the monitor but it does recognize my usb devices and everything works fine.
Anyone can help me with a solution?

What is your g4 Dock ? Is it compatible with your Macbook Pro ?
Are you talking about HP USB-C® Dock G4 (3FF69AA) ? It is compatible with the following machine
- HP ProBook 600 G4, 400 G5, G6
- HP EliteBook 800 G5, 700 G5
- HP EliteBook x360 1030 G6 & 1020 G2, G3, G4
- HP EliteBook 1040 G4
- ChromeBook x360
- HP Elite x2 1012 G2
- HP Elite x2 1013 G3, G4
- HP Pro x2 612 G2
- HP ChromeBook 13
- HP Spectre Pro 13 G1 Notebook PC
- HP EliteBook Folio G1; HP Elite x2 1012 G1
Even not all HP machines can use that dock.
Regards.
