Product: Hp pavilion 15
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I ordered my laptop 3 weeks ago and it still hasnt hit assembly, this device was promised before christmas and it hasnt even been started yet, this is ridiculous. I probably wont even live at the address its being shipped to by the time it gets here. Thanks hp for "great service" pssshhh

In all fairness, supply chains are straining just to keep up with demand. I work for an HP partner and we have been told that some products are not going to be available for months. Yes it sucks, but all vendors are facing problems with supply right now.

Then they should put warnings up, saying this could take months, but no where was there a warning of any kind. I. Not even going to be living at this address by the time my product arrives, and the new tennants will have a a new laptop i paid for. Im suing this company
