I have sent the email below to my contact at HP:

I have been looking online and I think I have found specs on the laptop on the Ireland site (Omen 16-u1003sa). It is a good device, however I am not after a gaming device and need a multifunctional work machine. Via Gemini it says that this device is £2,450 including Vat.
I would like to ask if you would consider my replacement to be the:
HP ZBook Studio G11 16” WQUXGA DreamColor Mobile Workstation - Core™ Ultra 9 & NVIDIA® RTX™ 4070
This is on the UK webpage at £2,772.
Please can you contact me as a matter of urgency.

I am messaging you as when I send an email, it can take upto 5days before I get a reply? Is there a precedent for the question I have asked and discretion from my contact to be able to take decision? I have been told that my replacement device can take upto 22 days to be received but I cannot get communication to make a choice. The laptop i have been offered is a good machine but I am not a gamer. I need a very good multipurpose device.
Please advice as timing is really urgent for me. Thank you;
