OMEN by HP Transcend 16 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-u0000 (7C0V4AV)

I have been having a disappointing experience with HP support. This started in mid August, when I sent my laptop to be repaired in. I had requested through both chat and phone support for updates from the repair team, and despite multiple promises that "they will get back to me", I have heard nothing. The only update i have is vague status on the website, and messages sent to my mobile number, that just says the repair has been delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. Over the last few days, I have been told that the part was ready and they were proceeding with the repair, and the eta will be 12th of Sep, but once again, I recieved the message on my phone that says it has been delayed by more than a month to 13th of October(while the website still states the eta as 12th of Sep). There has been no communications from the repair team besides this, and my request for a loaner laptop was left unanswered for days now. This is terribly fustrating for me as a consumer.
