Since i reset my hp laptop, my docking station (I-tec TB3HDMIDOCK) doesn't work properly anymore.
Only Power and the monitor are working, the laptop can't find the usb connected devices, aux- or the lan port.
The monitor is mentioned under options --) devices as "PnP-Monitor (standart)"
The device manager shows that the "base system device", "CSR Gaia", "detection verification" "audiowear", and "audiowear by voice" have no drivers installed. Searching for drivers doesn't show results ofc.
HP support application tells me, every driver is installed, i tried to reinstall the "intel thunderbolt driver package" but it failed, because it didn't know the code "consoles".
I would appreciate your help!

Could fix the problem. I'm not really glad with the solution, but it works. HP, please fix this problem!!!
device manager --) Base system device --) details --) hardware ID --) copy paste to google
Mine looks like this:
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_15D2&SUBSYS_11112222&REV_02
Then there was a website which told me that it should originally be the thunderbolt controller 15d2, but they didn't have the driver. HP doesn't have this specific hp driver either...
At the end, I finally found help on someone else's question on the forum. --)
