My Laptop is hp eq2040au (2 years old)
LION BATTERY
While i was working on my laptop it was 100 %
Charged but after 50 minutes my laptop suddenly shuts down.. After Charging it it was confirmed that it get shut down around 20%-40%
After Bios COMPONENT TEST
First Try The TEST FAILED ON BATTERY and showed ERROR 40 BAD CELL REPLACE PRIMARY BATTERY
Did BATERRY REPORT ALSO THROUGH CMD
AND IT SHOWED DESIGN BATTERY CAPACITY AND REMAINING FULL CAPACITY SAME
WHICH I GUESS MEANS no problem in battery health
BUT THEN AFTER DOING THE TEST FOR 10 TIMES ... ALL 10 TIMES THE TEST PASSED
BUT STILL AFTER 40 MINS THE laptop get switch down AND IT DRAINS SUPERRRR FASTTT
PLS HELP ME URGENT
