Hi All
I'm having HP Pavilion x360 - 14m-ba114dx model laptop and now its battery is almost gone. Now I'm looking for its battery replacement. So I have few questions:
1) What is the right battery model for this laptop.
2) HP support told me that its "ASSY-BATT 3C 41Whr 3.6Ah LI BK03041XL-PR" and they don't have it now in stocks. And I couldn't find it anywhere else also. So please suggest me from where to buy or any other replacement for this.
3) Can I replace the battery by myself because the professionals are asking more than $150 for same task.

Here is your Service Guide In it you'll find details on how to open your laptop and replace the battery, Part # 916811-855
Use that to search HP PartSurfer, google it for resellers, try Amazon or eBay are other options. Try and get a HP part, the age of the laptop may leave you with no other option than a generic replacement battery, but they are less in price. Read reviews of the product if you want to go generic. There are some decent ones, and a lot of junk ones. The service manual shows how to replace the battery if you are up to the task.
You also want to purchase an inexpensive cell phone repair kit to use to separate the bottom cover from the top. Using a small screwdriver or pocket knife risks marring the two. If you need more help, just ask.
