Microsoft Windows 11

I've had this laptop for over a year now and since then the plastic shell has been chipping around the corners and around the ports. It's gotten to the point where I can see the motherboard clearly. I'm not sure if there is a way to fix it at home or if I need to send it. I think it might be due to a manufacturing defect where one of the bottom screws (the right one) was never screwed in. It should also be noted that I carry around my laptop in a well-padded carrying case. I have included pictures.IMG_3535.JPGIMG_3536.JPGIMG_3534.JPGIMG_3539.JPGIMG_3540.JPGIMG_3541.JPG

It is quite clear to me, based on the images your provided, that you have not been very gentle with your expensive, delicate electronic device.

If it has been over a year, the free warranty is expired.

Even if the warranty was active, what is shown in the images would be regarded as customer induced and not covered, unless you bought the no fault warranty.
