"Hey guys, I have a problem with my laptop. It suddenly stops working while I'm using it. I can't move the cursor or click anything on the keyboard. Nothing responds. I have to press the power button to turn it off. When I turn it back on, it starts blinking with beeping sounds, then stops, entering an indefinite loop. I have to unplug the battery to get it to open normally

Hello.

Your problem could be many things, perhaps it is overheating? How often does this happen and does it depend on how you use the laptop?

The blinks and beeps have a code - please read this HP article to see what the laptop thinks is the problem:

HP Notebook PCs - Computer beeps or a light blinks during startup

Make sure the bottom vents taking in fresh air, and those blowing heated air from the side are not blocked. Please read this article as well about preventing overheating by blowing the dust out.
