HP Notebook - 14-bp076sa
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I changed the outdated battery in my Hp laptop, the laptop worked properly for a couple of days then I was not able to power it on and the screen is black.

"outdated battery" ??

I take it that means you have run the Diagnostic test and know the battery should be replaced with a new compatible one.

The main battery not only powers the notebook, but it also provides current for the BIOS.

Does the power led light up  and  the notebook power on when the power adapter is  plugged in and connected to  household power?

It seems that the laptop is not charging because when I replaced the battery it worked properly until the charge of the battery was fully used.

At this moment with a flat battery the laptop wouldn't power on and  the power led doesn't light up.

That is odd.

That sounds like it was not charging.

Did the power/charge LED light up when power adapter is connected?

In Windows did the battery icon in the systray show that it was charging when you replaced it?

Have you opened the notebok up again to ensure that you connected the battery properly?
