Product: Hp OmniX

Laptop was working fine. Then out of nowhere crashed. Had to reboot from usb and factory reset because it would not let me recover or repair on blue screen.  Now when I charge my laptop it is getting really hot on the left side. I hear the fan running on the right but not left and right side is cool but left feels concerningly hot when charging.
