Hi @Wickedd_Beatz,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with your HP Pavilion Gaming - 15 laptop. Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try to resolve the issue.

  • Check the power adapter: Make sure the power adapter is plugged into a working power outlet and properly connected to the laptop. Try using a different power outlet or a different power adapter if possible.
  • Examine the charging port: Inspect the charging port on the laptop for any visible damage or debris. If you notice any dirt or debris, gently clean the port using compressed air or a soft brush.
  • Reset the laptop: Sometimes, a simple reset can fix minor issues. Disconnect the power adapter, remove the laptop's battery (if removable), and then press and hold the power button for about 15-20 seconds. Release the power button, reinsert the battery (if applicable), and connect the power adapter again. Attempt to power on the laptop.
  • Test without the battery: If your laptop has a removable battery, try removing it and powering on the laptop with only the power adapter connected. If the laptop turns on without the battery, it might indicate a faulty battery that needs replacement.
  • Check the battery indicator: Look for any LED indicators on the laptop that indicate the charging status. If there is no light or it's showing an error, it could indicate a battery or charging issue.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
