My laptop's one year warranty is still active.
The "Print Screen" key (even though never used) cover broke off .Yes! the "cover" of the key came out and I think there may be a key clip was broken
I noticed on of the side cover case of my print screen is lifted up ,even when it does the key comes out on popping in one side . Is the case replaceable?
I am more cautious now while typing don't know if others will come out too .The laptop is still new. Is it me or the keys are really that delicate?
ANY HELP WILL BE APPRECIATED.THANK YOU

@9X649PA, Welcome to HP Support Community,
Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue
Thanks for reaching out, and I’m sorry to hear about the issue with your “Print Screen” key.
It sounds like the key clip under the key may be broken. In most cases, it’s not possible to replace just the key or clip. But since your laptop is still under warranty, we can definitely help you with a keyboard repair if needed.
We recommend visiting an authorized HP service center or contacting HP Phone/Chat Support so they can take a closer look and fix it for you.
Thanks again for letting us know — we’re here to help!
I hope this helps.
Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.
Take care and have a good day.
