Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I can no longer login to my Stream 14cb1XX Laptop. It only lets me type one number then stops. The onscreen virtual keyboard  said my PIN is wrong, even though I am 100% sure. I used an external keyboard and changed the PIN. Now I can get in, but only if I use an external keyboard. Also, when using the external, only random letters on the built in keyboard will work, and numbers work. But on its own, nothing.

I've already tried a few steps from windows help menus, such as resetting to previous version, starting in safe mode, etc... Nothing. Too many steps to remember even what I've tried the last 2 days. This laptop is not very old and I don't see why this could happen. Very frustrating, because I need this for work travel asap and can't carry around a large extra keyboard.  How can i fix this?
