Hi I Need Help I am using HP G72-250US Notebook laptop i don't know what the problem is my laptop is lagging. to stop lagging i have to change "Power Options" > "System Cooling Policy" > "Active" . by default System cooling policy is passive. my laptop starts lagging if system cooling policy is not active and "Maximum Processor state" is not more than "70%" now if i change all these settings to stop lagging my CPU fan starts running too fast and than my laptop shuts down after sometime due to overheat issue
in my other laptop system cooling policy is on "Passive" & facing no lagging . how can i fix this issue without going into "Power Options"
I am using :
Windows 8.1
Intel Core i3 M350 2.27MHz (4 CPUs) ~2.3GHz
4096MB RAM DDR3
