My Pavilion Laptop 15z performance 9ja90av went dark all of a sudden while my child was using it for Mine Craft or Star Dew Valley (Steam) and I I couldn't turn it on or charge it. Took it to a local repair service and they said the motherboard was fried. He couldn't get any due to high demand and low supply. Told me to go to HP and see if they would replace it. Frustrating thing is laptop was purchased in May of 2020 and is just outside the warranty window. Need help on how to get a new motherboard. This shouldn't happen with this new of a computer.
