I have a friend with the above-mentioned laptop. She has a new iPhone 15 that is not recognized by her laptop when connecting via USB. Her older phone always worked, but this one doesn't. When she connects it, it shows as "charging", but the phone itself does not appear as a connected device anywhere in Windows. I've tried different wires and every USB port on the laptop. I even tried my own Android phone, so it's not an Apple/iPhone problem. I've searched the web for possible solutions and tried the basics, but no change.
Any ideas/suggestions, etc? If any specific info. is needed, just please let me know and I'll supply it. Thank you all in advance. 😊
