Current laptop build:
CPU: Ryzen 4600H,
GPU: 1650Ti (4gb),
RAM: 2X 4gb DDR4 at 3200MHz
For the Ram upgrade my options are a single 16GB stick at 3200MHz CL22
Or
2 X 8GB sticks at 2666MHz CL19
What’s the better option?

Hi:
Below is the link to the service manual.
Maintenance and Service Guide HP Pavilion Gaming 15 Laptop PC
According to the manual, you can install 2 x 16 GB of memory.
Supports up to 32 GB maximum system memory in the following configurations.
It looks like HP mistakenly left out the 2 x 16 GB configuration.
You want DDR4-3200 memory in notebooks with the Ryzen 4xxx processors.
The manual only covers the models with the older Ryzen 3xxx processors.
DDR4-2666 will slow it down.
