Product: HP ProBook 450 G8 Notebook PC (1A890AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

One on your team member visited and replaced laptop SSD and now he is mentioning that the wrong part replaced share purachace details also he said to take the replaced ssd back at to install back the corrupted SSD.

You will have to recontact the original support group if you are having issues with their work.
