The laptop, which is still within its warranty period, has been experiencing significant screen problems. Initially, the screen turned white, followed by a blue screen the next day, and is now completely black. Despite this, the laptop functions correctly when connected to an external monitor.
Given that we have more than 50 HP ZBook Firefly laptops in our office, this issue is of great concern. We rely heavily on these devices for our daily operations,
We contacted HP support regarding this issue and were informed that the screen replacement would be chargeable, with an estimated cost of approximately ₹18,000. Considering the laptop is still under warranty, we believe that the repair or replacement should be covered without additional charges.
We request your urgent intervention to resolve this matter promptly. Our expectation is for HP to honor the warranty terms and provide a replacement screen or an equivalent solution without any additional cost.
