The simplest and least time consuming method to upgrade your notebook is to purchase guaranteed compatible memory modules and SSD products. see the following link. These products are sold in India by Crucial Memory.
Here are the memory modules on Amazon.in
https://eu.crucial.com/eur/en/compatible-upgrade-for/HP---Compaq/pavilion-15-au111tx
NVMe M/2 SSD products are not compatible with your notebook.
A Samsung 850 EVO 1TB SATA3 M.2 is compatible with your notebook.
Verify that your notebook has an M.2 slot before purchasing an M.2 SSD!! If you do not verify the slot is there and pull the trigger on buying a M.2 SSD, the mistake and blame is yours.
If the slot is not present, you can still upgrade by replacing the existing legacy hard drive with a Samsung 850 EVO 1TB SATA3 2.5" SSD and installing the OS on it.
