Hi.
I use my Probook since September 2023
In February 2024 the battery of my laptop started to degrade and in couple of days the full charge capacity of the battery decreased from 51,646 to 0 mWh
Now the charge capacity has restored a little bit: 9mWh. At least it doesn't shut down just after I unplug the power.
I'm no stranger to the quirks of technology, having been a loyal user of Lenovo laptops for many years. But this recent development has me wondering: is this delightful escapade a charming feature of HP laptops, or might it be indicative of a slight oversight in manufacturing?
Best Regards,
Vasyl
