I still can't read the report. I did previously suggest a method that would make it available.

One source for the replacement battery in Pakistan is:

https://www.daraz.pk/products/tf03xl-battery-tf03041xl-for-hp-pavilion-15-cc-15-cd-series15-cc154cl-...

920070-855 is the HP part number for the main battery.

The manual for your notebook series. (see page 17)

The link you provided is only available to someone logged into your notebook.

If you save it to your onedrive or a document/photo hosting site and then provide a link then the report is readable to people other than yourself.

It would help to know the born date for the battery. That usually tells the story and the current maximum battery capacity in wh compared to the design battery capacity in wh.

If your battery is 2-3 years old or even more and it is behaving as you described, it has likely reached the end of its service life and should be replaced with a new one.

I see that your notebook is from the 2017 model year. That is in the 3-4 year old ballpark,  which indicates to me that your battery should probably be replaced with a new one to resolve the issue.
