My HP Envy x360 had been working perfectly until tonight. I got a notification that the battery was low, so I connected to the charging cord and kept working. I didn't notice that the charging light hadn't turned on. About 20 minutes later, my device turned off. It will not charge or turn on. I have tried two adaptors, so I don't think the adaptor is the issue. What options do I have to fix this?

Same exact thing happened to me today. I had this laptop for a little over a year and I have had problems from the start. HP support had to fix twice while under warranty. The warranty expired in August, and now this. I had to purchase another laptop today

If you are unable to turn on the device you are out of options. The only other reasonable answer would be to check the charging port connectors and wiring. Take your laptop into a professional.
