I am really struggling to contact anyone about this issue. I have emailed, tried to make sense of the virtual assistant, been sent to 3 different numbers, all of which can't help. I need to contact someone who can help me. My laptop was on for no more than 1 hour, and it was closed over when the battery melted through the laptop and set on fire. I have contacted Currys PC World who have started a claim, and I have since been trying to contact HP to flag this issue, to no avail. Please can someone direct me to some help.
