Hi all.

 

I find that the laptop battery depletes when the power is switched off. What could be the cause of that?

For example I could charge it up to 100%, and then turn the laptop off without using it. Then when I switch it back on after several hours or the next day then the power percentage is reduced to 86%. Also the laptop was recently sent in for repairs and the battery was replaced, however, the laptop still overheats.

 

Any enlightenment on this matter would be much appreciated.
