HP Laptop - 15s-eq0018ne
Microsoft Windows 11

I use a bluetooth mouse, and recently I tried using my bluetooth headphones on the laptop.

Both devices connect normally at the same time, but as soon as I start using them together at the same time (i.e. playing audio & using the bluetooth mouse at the same time), the headphones disconnect within a couple of seconds.

This problem was also present in windows 10 before upgrading to windows 11. I also tried a different pair of bluetooth headphones, with the same outcome.

I tried deleting and reinstalling bluetooth driver, unpair and pair devices & updating drivers via the support assistant. Yet, the issue still isn't resolved.

You can connect to few devices but depending on their profiles you can only select one active device

Thanks Banhein for your prompt response.

I went through the article you shared,  I understood that I can't have multiple devices with the same profile "or function as he mentioned".

Well, my problem is with a mouse and a pair of bluetooth headphones. Therefore, I don't think this is the issue.

In addition, I often had two (or more) bluetooth devices working on the same time on my phones & PCs. For example, smart watch and bluetooth headphones connected to a mobile phone.
