Product: HP 15-bs015dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Have a 17 month old HP laptop. Think left hinge has broken. Case has cracks in left rear area, and flexes when you open and close it. Also cracking on bottom of case. Never dropped or abused.
