1.) My touch screen is defaulting to the top left while surfing. I've had to turn it off.

2.) The bottom case has cracked in several places.  Is it possible to replace the bottom case cover?  If so, what is the part # and the cost?

This is the forum, not a shop that provides quotes on repairs. You will have to take it to a shop for a quote.

See the Maintenance & Service guide to verify the part number. The bottom cover part number is listed by color.

From what I see in ads on Amazon, the color is natural silver

Natural silver L20391-001

I am going to have to ask you to provide more context in your first question.

"My touch screen is defaulting to the top left while surfing"

I have no idea as to what you are trying to describe.
