I plugged my laptop charger on the same outlet I always use then it sparked and there was a loud popping sound from the charger and trips my circuit breaker shutting down the electricity. The charger wasn't even plugged to my laptop. The charger looks fine there's no burn marks or damage but i'm too scared to plug it in again

I wouldn't plug it in again if it tripped the breaker. Have you tried plugging another device such as a lamp into the outlet to rule out faulty outlet?
