Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi, my laptop charger stopped working. It is not sending power to the laptop,  I used another charger and it is working. The laptop and charger is just a month old and is still under warranty. How can I get assistance with this issue.

I suggest contacting HP to start a warranty claim. The power adapter should be a covered item.
