Laptop charger

I have an HP pavilion x360 13 laptop and my converter stopped working so where and how do I buy a new charger for it. Can I buy another brand charger on like ebay or amazon because I was looking at some chargers in the hp store and they're very expensive cause I am not in the US so the price double-digit I still don't know which charger to buy.

For one I have amd cpu so obviously the second one. Two what about this

Thanks so much man. I thought I had to buy a very specific charger for my laptop I did not know it was like a range of compatible laptops for one charger. Thanks again, and it's pretty cheap to, hp has the things for like $70 usd.
